Mr. Michael Rattacasa, the company’s Project Operations Director, has organized a structured and highly-effective team of project managers within CES. He is an ambitious and experienced executive, with a track record of high client satisfaction. His team provides a highly responsive, technically excellent and cost effective services to our clients. Mr. Rattacasa is widely recognized in the industry for his ability to provide fulfillment and accomplishment to each project while alleviating the pressures associated with regulatory compliance. He has executed projects throughout the United States, and is constantly at the forefront of New York City’s Department of Buildings and Department of Environmental Protection regulatory amendments. He holds degrees in Biological Sciences and Environmental Sciences from Rutgers University.
