He has built a high-performance team to manage CES’s accounting and finance systems. Mr. Sikarev has over 10 years of success in Environmental and Financial industries. His experience includes post 9/11 environmental assessments, and commercialization of emerging engineering technologies. He holds degrees in Finance, Marketing and Management from Pace University.
