NYC DOB 4-hour Hour Supported Scaffold User Course
“Every worker who uses a supported scaffold (regardless of the height of the scaffold) to perform his or her job tasks shall complete a 4-hour training program or course, as per OSHA, Local Law No. 52 and Article 10 of Subchapter 2 of Chapter 1 of Title 26 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York. In accordance with Chapter 33 of the new 2008 NYC DOB Building Code, including instruction on the nature of electrical hazards, fall and falling object hazards, material handling on scaffolds, and the maximum intended load and load-handling capacities of scaffold.”
