Managed the abatement of asbestos-containing materials from the aforementioned facility. The project consisted of conducting a full asbestos survey, developing and maintaining an Asbestos Operations and Maintenance Plan, developing a scope of work, designing a specification for the proper removal of asbestos-containing materials, procuring abatement contractors, conducting bid walks and site meetings, awarding the project, and the complete management, project monitoring and coordination of the project.
