Managed multiple Phase I ESAs throughout the Five Boroughs of New York City for the due diligence proceedings in the acquisition of undeveloped and developed properties. Worked with the client to establish appropriate level of due diligence at each property, which included wetland assessments for undeveloped properties and hazardous building material surveys (asbestos-containing materials (ACMs), mercury containing bulbs and equipment, PCB-containing ballasts and equipment, and various petroleum/hazardous material containers) for developed properties. Pending the findings of the initial due diligence, additional assessment (i.e., Phase II ESAs) and/or remediation (i.e., removal of ACMs or other hazardous building materials) were completed prior to the proposed construction, renovation, and/or demolition activities.
