Site Safety Management of exterior façade renovation activities in conjunction with Local Law 11 Restoration. The project consisted of the drafting and submission of a Site Safety Plan to New York City Department of Buildings. Site Safety Manager duties included attending site meetings, conducting “Tool Box Talks” and safety meetings, addressing regulatory inspections, and assisting with management and coordination of the overall restoration project.
